The awards received have gone through various assessment criteria carried out by the IICD which are based on the company's performance and financial statements for the 2021 financial year and are supported by 10 assessors using the ASEAN CG Scorecard as an assessment instrument which includes shareholder rights, equal treatment of shareholders. shares, stakeholder roles, disclosure and transparency, and responsibilities of the board of commissioners.
The 13th IICD Corporate Governance Award 2022 is intended for public companies that are considered the best in their commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). This award specifically gives appreciation to 200 public companies with the best market capitalization in Indonesia through a number of categories including Best CG Overall, Best Financial Sector, Best Non-Financial Sector, Best SOE/BUMN, Best Right of Shareholders, Best Equitable Treatment of Shareholders, Best Role of Stakeholders, Best Disclosure & Transparency, Best Responsibility of the Boards and Most Improved category.
Prof. Dr. H. Boediono, B.Sc, M.Ec as the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2009-2014 gave a keynote speech at this prestigious award.
