The survey was conducted independently by Statista in collaboration with Tempo between September and November 2025, involving more than 6,000 full-time and part-time employees across Indonesia. The evaluation covered employee satisfaction, career development opportunities, innovation, fairness, inclusion, and work-life balance. To be eligible, companies were required to operate in Indonesia and employ at least 200 employees. The study was conducted entirely independently, with participating companies having no influence over their scores or rankings.
