Amid today's dynamic work environment, maintaining good health has become increasingly important for every employee. As part of the Astra Otoparts Group, Century Batteries Indonesia (CBI) recognizes this importance and continues to foster a healthy and productive workplace.

Driven by this commitment, CBI launched the 2026 INCOE Wellness Festival, a program designed to cultivate a sustainable culture of healthy living within the Company. Carrying the theme "Wellness Drives Performance," the festival marks CBI's first step in encouraging employees to embrace health and well-being as an integral part of their daily work culture.

Held at CBI's facility in Karawang, the 2026 INCOE Wellness Festival officially commenced with a Kick Start event on June 10, 2026, featuring a Fun Run. The program runs from June to September 2026 and is built around four key pillars: Physical Wellness, Mental Wellness, Social Wellness, and Health & Safety Wellness, with active participation from CBI employees.

Throughout the program, employees take part in a variety of activities, including the Wellness Challenge, comprising the Step Challenge and Weight Loss Challenge, as well as wellness talk shows, poster and video competitions, and sports tournaments such as table tennis, futsal, tug of war, and Mobile Legends.

As an initial step toward fostering a healthier workplace culture, the INCOE Wellness Festival is expected to become a sustainable program that continues to evolve in the years ahead. Through this initiative, CBI aims to cultivate a lasting culture of health and well-being, enabling its people to continue growing, collaborating, and delivering their best performance in support of the Company's long-term growth.
