As part of the Astra Otoparts Group, PT Gemala Kempa Daya (GKD) continues to accelerate its digital transformation as part of its efforts to enhance the competitiveness of its manufacturing operations. This commitment was demonstrated through the Indonesia Industry 4.0 (INDI 4.0) Certification audit conducted by the audit team from the Ministry of Industry at the GKD Karawang Plant on June 30, 2026.

During the audit, the Ministry of Industry's audit team assessed GKD's Industry 4.0 readiness through presentations and a plant tour to evaluate the implementation of digital technologies across its manufacturing operations. GKD's management and cross-functional teams also participated in the audit, presenting the Company's digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving productivity, operational efficiency, and product quality.

In addition to supporting the certification process, the audit provided GKD with valuable strategic insights from the Ministry of Industry to further enhance its digital systems and strengthen the implementation of its Industry 4.0 roadmap on an ongoing basis.
