With the spirit of creating an inclusive workplace, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk held the AOP Women’s Day event themed “Embracing Diversity for Better Performance and Reaching New Heights” on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Astra Otoparts Head Office. This event served as a space for reflection, empowerment, and inspiration for women within the Astra Otoparts Group—fondly referred to as Astra Otopuan.

The event was opened by Ronny Kusgianta, Director of Human Capital at Astra Otoparts, who emphasized the importance of building an inclusive work environment.

“Astra Otoparts consistently fosters diversity and inclusivity, enabling every individual to grow and unlock their full potential,” he stated.

The spirit of women’s empowerment continues to thrive within the Astra Otoparts Group, as women increasingly play active roles in various strategic positions. To strengthen this commitment, the event also featured inspiring speakers in talk shows and discussions, including Yustina Chrisworodati (Psychologist), Sisca Romana (Psychologist), Sophie Handili (Director of Astra Otoparts), Suryaningrum (Director of PT Denso Indonesia), and Dr. Rita Ramayulis (Chairperson of the Indonesian Sports Nutrition Experts Association).

The speakers discussed a range of engaging topics—from self-awareness and women’s leadership to role balance and the importance of a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. All sessions were designed to strengthen the capacity of women not only as individuals but also as future leaders.
