Bringing the theme “GAME” or Generate Awareness More Effectively, Shop&Drive conveyed its strategy as an Automotive Chain Network with Omni Channel. The award ceremony was held at Prof. Dr. Djayusman Auditorium & Performance Hall LSPR Communication & Business Institute, Central Jakarta (27/10).
The Indonesia Brand Communication Championship 2022 is the second year of the prestigious annual award event organized by MIX Marcomm Magazine. In judging activities conducted online, Shop&Drive conveyed the GAME (Generate Awareness More Effectively) strategy in which Shop&Drive implemented various ways to increase awareness, one of which was by collaborating with several marketplaces to sell products, including through astraotoshop.com which is an automotive e-commerce. The first one belongs to Astra Otoparts. Shop&Drive also implements a value chain so that collaboration with other Astra Groups is established.
Having more than 370 stores, integrated customer service through call centers and official whatsapp, as well as various payment methods, are the advantages of Shop&Drive in building partnership programs. One example is the collaboration in the form of providing special benefits for online drivers spread across Indonesia which can be enjoyed by online drivers at all existing Shop&Drive outlets.

After the judging stage, the final stage that was passed was finalizing the winner by the jury through the Big Data Crawling process to assess the performance of digital communication channels, both websites and social media and the Digital Brand Campaign carried out. This digital performance assessment was carried out with the digital agency Ivosights using the Ripple 10 Digital Listening Tool, a tool for monitoring a brand's conversation on a digital channel in real time.
