The projects presented covered a wide range of initiatives, including Quality Control Circle (QCC), Quality Control Project (QCP), Suggestion System (SS), Cost Improvement (CI), Productivity Improvement (PI), Quality Improvement (QI), and other initiatives aimed at enhancing the Company's overall performance.
Each project demonstrated practical efforts to improve product quality, production efficiency, cost optimization, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction.
