One of these initiatives was the New Project Workshop held with PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Manufacturing Corporation (MFTBC) at the GKD Jakarta Plant. Over the course of four days, cross-functional teams from the three companies discussed the readiness of upcoming projects while aligning implementation targets and quality standards. The workshop also included a plant tour, providing participants with firsthand insights into GKD's production capabilities and facility readiness to support the execution of new projects.
GKD also expanded its collaborative efforts by welcoming a delegation from SHACMAN to explore potential cooperation opportunities in the commercial vehicle sector. Through discussions and a plant tour, GKD showcased its manufacturing capabilities, including stamping, welding, and quality assurance processes.
In addition, GKD launched the 2026 Q Prime Daimler Kick-Off to further strengthen its quality culture in collaboration with Daimler, reinforcing the principles of quality first and continuous improvement. These initiatives reflect GKD's commitment to building customer trust through both the development of new business opportunities and the strengthening of long-term partnerships.
