JAKARTA: GS Astra won the 2021 Digital Marketing Award for the Car Battery category with a Digital Marketing Index of 2,420 and the Best ranking. In addition, GS Astra also won the Top Social Media Award 2021 for the Battery category with an earned media share of voice index score of 57.1% or the highest.
The Digital Marketing Award is an award issued by Marketing magazine and the independent survey agency Survey One, which recognizes companies or brands that have the best-performing websites as digital marketing communication media.
While the winners of the Top Social Media Award are brands or individuals that are discussed positively on social media. The research was conducted through digging in various social media using software developed by Media Wave to get the earned media share of voice index which is the net score of positive brand mentions added to neutral brand mentions and reduced by negative brand mentions.
