Astra Otoparts Continues Positive Performance, Net Profit Rises 22.6% in the First Half of 2026

JAKARTA: PT Astra Otoparts Tbk ("Astra Otoparts" or the "Company") recorded solid financial performance in the first half of 2026, reflecting the resilience of its business fundamentals amid rising raw material prices and the depreciation of the Indonesian Rupiah.

During the first half of 2026, the Company posted a consolidated net profit of Rp1.2 trillion, representing a 22.6% increase from Rp939.0 billion in the same period last year. In line with this performance, consolidated net revenue increased 13.2% to Rp10.9 trillion, compared with Rp9.6 trillion in the first half of 2025.

The growth in revenue and net profit was driven by both the manufacturing and trading segments. The manufacturing segment benefited from stronger demand for automotive components from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, in line with the growing two-wheel and four-wheel vehicle markets. Meanwhile, the trading segment was supported by an increasingly comprehensive aftermarket product portfolio, robust domestic aftermarket demand backed by the Company's extensive distribution and retail network, as well as continued export growth.

"Our positive performance in the first half of 2026 reflects the resilience of the Company's business fundamentals amid various external challenges, including rising raw material prices and the volatility of the Indonesian Rupiah. We will continue to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, enhance collaboration with OEM customers, and expand both our network and aftermarket product portfolio to continuously create sustainable value for our shareholders," said Yusak Kristian Solaeman, President Director of Astra Otoparts.

From a balance sheet perspective, the Company's total assets reached Rp23.9 trillion, an increase of 5.6% from Rp22.6 trillion at the end of 2025. The Company's financial position remained solid, supported by total equity of Rp17.2 trillion, providing a strong foundation for ongoing business operations and future expansion.

Manufacturing Segment Performance

Revenue from Astra Otoparts' manufacturing segment reached Rp5.6 trillion in the first half of 2026, up 11.6% from Rp5.0 trillion in the corresponding period last year. This growth was driven by increasing demand for automotive components from OEM customers, in line with the expansion of both the two-wheel and four-wheel vehicle markets.

As part of its strategy to broaden its customer base, the Company continues to strengthen collaboration with automotive manufacturers by supplying components to new OEM customers. Going forward, Astra Otoparts will continue expanding its customer base through partnerships with a wider range of automotive manufacturers.

The Company also continues to develop electric vehicle (xEV) components, including both general parts and specific parts, while manufacturing electric vehicle charging equipment under the ALTRO brand as part of its commitment to supporting the growth of Indonesia's electric vehicle ecosystem.

Beyond the automotive industry, Astra Otoparts continues to diversify its business into non-automotive sectors, including medical devices and other industries. This initiative is expected to further strengthen the Company's business portfolio and support long-term growth.

Trading Segment Performance

The trading segment recorded revenue of Rp5.3 trillion in the first half of 2026, an increase of 15.1% from Rp4.6 trillion in the same period last year. The growth was driven by strong domestic aftermarket demand, supported by the Company's distribution and retail network, as well as export contributions.

As of the first half of 2026, the Company operated an extensive distribution network comprising 49 main dealers and 27 sales offices, serving more than 15,000 automotive spare parts stores across Indonesia. To further enhance customer accessibility, the Company has continued expanding its modern retail network, which now totals 667 outlets nationwide.

The Company also continues to develop www.astraotoshop.com, an online-to-offline (O2O) platform that integrates online purchasing with offline installation services through the Company's retail network.

In support of the national electric vehicle ecosystem, Astra Otoparts had also operated 70 Astra Otopower charging units across 60 strategic locations in Indonesia as of the first half of 2026.
