Aspira Appears at Livery Gresini Racing MotoGP

Announced via streaming, Gresini Racing which was created and raised by Fausto Gresini showed off the look of his motorcycle and racing suit and is ready to return to the premier class after a seven-year absence. PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (Astra Otoparts) through one of its two-wheel and four-wheel spare parts brands, Aspira, also appeared at the Gresini Racing MotoGP livery. The Aspira logo will be on the motorcycle fairing and on the racing suits of the two drivers (15/1).

The launch was attended by Nadia Padovani Gresini, the current owner and person in charge of Gresini Racing, as well as two Gresini Racing drivers, namely Enea Bastianini, who was on the podium last year with Ducati, and Fabio Di Giannantonio, or familiarly called Diggia, who made his debut at MotoGP event in the 2022 season. The two Italian riders will use the Ducati Desmosedici GP21.

The partnership between Aspira and Gresini Racing started in 2012 with Indonesian riders in the Moto2 class. Continuing in the 2022 season, Aspira then "upgraded" with the Gresini Racing team to the most prestigious motorcycle racing event, namely MotoGP. "It is an honor for Astra Otoparts to be able to continue partnering with Gresini Racing, especially this season Aspira can be present in a more prestigious class, namely MotoGP," said Yusak Kristian as Director of Astra Otoparts.

With its latest livery, Gresini Racing uses a quite unique color, namely sky blue, which symbolizes freshness and youthful energy, which is then combined with red which is a symbol of courage and enthusiasm. “I believe our motorcycle is good. I think Fausto saw us from above and was proud of his family. There is almost no difference between biological family and work family, we are one. I see both Diggia and Enea in great shape and excited to start,” said Nadia Padovani Gresini.

"In line with the new livery combined with Gresini Racing's readiness, enthusiasm, and myriad achievements in previous seasons, we hope that the Gresini Racing MotoGP team will be able to compete and achieve brilliant achievements in the 2022 season," concluded Yusak.
