In the context of the holy month of Ramadan, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk for the third time carried out a charity activity with the theme "Riding & Sharing, We Care, We Connect" with the brands GS Astra, KYB and Pirelli. Participants did a city ride while carrying out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities which were closed by breaking the fast together (14/4).
The participants in this activity were attended by 35 riders from various motorcycle-loving communities, namely Malaminguasep, Ngangonbebek, Satset Garage, Learning Helmets, Human on Wheels, and Naikmotor.com, as well as motorcycle enthusiasts Poppy Sovia and Ucup Lawless. This charitable activity received full support from PT Astra Otoparts Tbk's modern two-wheeled outlet, namely Shop&Bike, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk's online shopping automotive platform, namely www.astraotoshop.com, and Lazada market place.
Riding & Sharing begins at 15.00 WIB with a gathering point at Shop&Bike Blackstone Garage located on Jalan Hang Jebat 1, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, where participants get free battery checking, shock breaker and nitrogen filling services to ensure the vehicle is in good condition excellent throughout the event.
The first place visited was the Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 3 Social Institution which is an orphanage that deals with neglected elderly problems. "Thank you very much for visiting and caring for our grandparents," said Mrs. Oci, one of the caretakers of the social institution. The participants then continued their journey to the second place, namely the Dhuafa Mizan Amanah Cipete Orphanage which accommodates approximately 20 children. Hopefully it will become a pious charity that will bring blessings to you and your family," said Salamah, one of the caretakers of the orphanage.
After visiting the two orphanages, the participants returned to do a city ride which ended with breaking the fast together. "This Riding & Sharing activity is a form of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk's social care for the community in the holy month of Ramadan.
