The automotive retail for four-wheeled vehicles owned by PT Astra Otoparts Tbk (AstraOtoparts), namely Shop & Drive and Astra Otoservice, as well as the automotive retail for two-wheeled vehicles owned by Astra Otoparts, namely Shop&Bike and Motoquick, will continue to operate during the upcoming Idul Fitri 1444H holiday. This is done to meet the needs of loyal customers who want or have an urgent need to maintain their vehicles on national holidays.

On the first Eid al-Fitr 1444H on 22 April 2023, some Shop&Drive outlets and all Astra Otoservice outlets will continue to serve customers with adjustments to operating hours from 10.00 to 18.00. Meanwhile, on the second Eid al-Fitr 1444H, April 23 2023 to April 28 2023, some Shop&Drive outlets and all Astra Otoservice outlets will operate normally, namely 09.00-18.00. All Shop&Drive outlets will resume normal operations starting April 29, 2023.

"Meanwhile, some of the new Shop&Bike and Motoquick outlets will be operating on the second Eid Al-Fitr 1444H on 23 April 2023 and all of them will return to operation on 24 April 2023 with normal operating hours, namely 09.00-18.00 for Shop&Bike and 09.00-19.00 for Motoquick," said Lie Se Chiang, Retail Marketing & Business Development Department Head of Astra Otoparts.

"Not only are we ready to serve at outlets, for customers who want to replace car or motorbike batteries and also car oil, we are also on standby for Battery & Oil Home Delivery services or delivery services and changing batteries or oil by simply calling the call center," said David Anthonius, Retail Division Head of Astra Otoparts.

Apart from going through the call center 15-000-15, currently customers can also order Battery & Oil Home Delivery services through the Official Whatsapp Shop&Drive 089-535-1500015 or 089-537-1500015 for Battery Home Delivery Shop&Bike services. This service is not subject to delivery and replacement fees, customers only need to pay for the products purchased.
