JAKARTA: Consistent with the innovations made, today PT Astra Component Indonesia (ASKI) launched FREZAIR, an air purifier equipped with a HEPA Filter and UVC Lamp, after launching a transparent mask with an electric fan (Smile) in January 2021 (26/7).
The use of an air purifier or air purifier in the room during the Covid-19 pandemic is one of the efforts to make air circulation in a closed room clean to maintain health.
This is also in line with the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 15 of 2021 as amended for the third time by Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs No. 19 of 2021 in the 7th Dictum that if the door or window cannot be opened, an air purifier with a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter can be used indoors. FREZAIR uses four stages of air purification, namely Pre-filter to filter dust that can be removed and washed, Carbon Filter to filter odors, HEPA Filter H13 with 99.97% efficiency capable of filtering 0.3 micron particles, and finally irradiation using UVC lamps. with a wavelength of 254nm which is proven to be effective for killing viruses and bacteria.
In addition to the four stages of air purification, FREZAIR is equipped with two-face technology, where air filtration is carried out through two sides, namely front and back, thus making the air purification process more optimal and producing fresh, clean and pollution-free air.
